Arasarí Conservation and Research SAS guarantees the quality of its products. Our guarantee consists of the replacement of the same product or a similar one if you accept it. It is important to note that the warranty will be limited to the quantity of defective product that is returned and it must be in the same condition it was delivered. We do not offer guarantee for change of taste or decisions. You must request the guarantee maximum 6 months after the date of the purchase invoice. The warranty does not include the replacement of other materials processed with the product, or other costs incurred. • Arasarí Conservation or Research declares that the favorable attention of a guarantee claim does not imply the recognition of any type of responsibility nor does it give the right to demand compensation, fines, sanctions or any other type of right.

I. PRODUCT DELIVERY

Arasarí Conservation and Research undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client in the order form, and which in any case must be within the Colombian Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

Arasarí Conservation and Research will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.

II. DELIVERY TERM

Shipments will be made through a courier company. The general promise of delivery of a product purchased through the Website will be between two (2) and eight (10) business days, which will start counting from the business day following the acceptance of the purchase order.

These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, Arasarí Conservation and Research will inform its clients by phone or electronically as soon as it becomes aware of them.

During holidays or special occasions, which demand a strong demand for our products, the delivery time of the products will be between five (5) and ten (15) business days, which will start counting from the business day following the acceptance of the purchase order

For security reasons, Arasarí Conservación e Investigación will not send any order to PO boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

III. DELIVERY DATA, DELIVERIES NOT PERFORMED AND LOST

If at the time of delivery the Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. Arasarí Conservation and Research contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of a series of follow-up actions, aimed at guaranteeing that the delivery takes place.

IV. DILIGENCE IN DELIVERY

The Customer must check the good condition of the package with the carrier that, on behalf of Arasarí Conservation and Research , delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery ticket any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, later, once the product has been reviewed, the Client detects any incident such as blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by the shipment, the Client undertakes to notify Arasarí Conservation and Research via email to contact @ arasari-ci.com in the shortest possible time, before the next 24 hours from delivery. After 24 hours, incidents of this type will not be attended (only parts under warranty).
